An MD, San Diego, CA struggled with obesity for decades, went through THREE gastric bypasses, tried hypnosis, dieted,  nothing worked; the weight always came back.  She said, "I'm a physician, so I know what to eat etc, my problem was DOING it." With all her training and all she'd done she couldn't stop over eating.  She realized something else was going on.

A Health and Fitness Expert , Raleigh, NC came to me with a secret..she was a binge eater.  No one knew because of her activity level, then she suffered an injury that could change all that.  Fearful that binge eating would ruin her, she pleaded for help.  She said, "I am scared, ashamed and hate what I am doing to myself and God's temple!!"  I helped her and she said, "I am loving what I am seeing, what a blessing you are and your message.  Thank you so so much!"

A 16 year old boy said he had experienced a demoralizing struggle with his weight his entire life.  Here's a brief history of what he told me:

Age 13 – easily the fattest kid in school and cried many tears over the comments of others.   

Age 14 – became anorexic; looked like a skeleton; parents worried he wasn't eating enough and he felt no matter what he did he was doomed to have a damaged temple. 

Age 15 – took steroids…the results were so terrible he felt complete and utter hopelessness and cursed God. 

Age 16 – became bulimic; purged himself four separate times before he felt the need to ask God for help.   

He said God sent him to me and I gave him just one idea.  

He used it and this is what happened, "I saw the sparkle in my eyes and for the first time in a long time I was completely happy and at peace with God.  I felt the Holy Spirit flow into me so overwhelmingly that I fell to my knees and praised God.  Only two days have passed since then and I am no longer ashamed of my body.  I have seen such extremely drastic changes to my body that it is hard for me to believe it is reality.  Thank you Danny." 

I continued to help him and received this update 2 months later..

"God has completely freed me from compulsive overeating, anorexia, and bulimia. God bless you man!!!!!! I'm healed!! It feels so good… and it is amazing, my life has changed, my whole family has changed. God is Powerful. Thank you."

 A 21 year old student at a University in Canada said she would eat healthy the entire day yet around 8 pm, whether hungry or not, by habit would grab the peanut butter jar.  I shared one idea from the book to help her, her response..."I AM AMAZED, it has actually allowed me to strengthen my relationship with God, and in this short time!  THANK YOU"
