Former binge eating, compulsive overeater loses almost half his body fat when he discovers a unique method to resist temptation and is now dedicating his life to sharing it with others.
What I have discovered may well be the most effective method to resist the temptation to binge or overeat – with or without dieting.
"Wow! Where has this book been all of my life? So powerful and remarkably easy to use!

From the desk of Daniel Wychor:
Dear Friend,
A 19 year old lab assistant named Alyssa struggled with binge eating, especially at work where treats were left in the open for anyone to eat. Leaving work was not an option and she asked if I could help her. I shared a few ideas with her… the result? In her own words, "Hey, Your advice helped me at work not to overeat. :) Thank you so much!"
Here's another...
A 21 year old student at a University in Canada said she would eat healthy the entire day yet around 8 pm, whether hungry or not, by habit would grab the peanut butter jar. I shared one idea from the book to help her, her response..."I AM AMAZED, it has actually allowed me to strengthen my relationship with God, and in this short time! THANK YOU"
What are people of all ages saying when they get just a glimpse of the information in the book?
I was definitely ready to throw in the towel... thank God for you!

A major with a charitable organization (hint: they collect money in kettles) is using the book and journal to help a weight loss group learn to resist the temptation to binge eat and compulsive overeat.
Basically, I know how it feels to have no control over binge eating and compulsive overeating. I was a binge eater and compulsive overeater. My binge eating began in college 34 years ago, I was known for eating a dozen big donuts at one sitting. I was crazy for sweets. Back then my metabolism was higher and with playing sports I burned it off.
Stay in shape or experience the pain!
Don't eat the cruise ship!
Stop workouts and feel the pain or keep working out and die!
I didn't know what to do. I finally broke down and begged God to help me.
Everything I knew about resisting temptation, losing weight and keeping it off was wrong
Basically, modern psychology has shown us what an amazing gift we've been given in the unbelievable power of the mind. I became fascinated by those who were using this power to become super successful, those at the top of their professions. I began to study successful people in all walks of life and I found something very interesting. While they had somehow harnessed the ability to use their minds to achieve great success in some areas of life, in other areas they seemed incapable of using the same skills. In some areas of life they were doing fantastic, in others they were a total mess.
I found it boiled down to temptation. Where their lives were successful they could resist temptation, in areas that were a mess they couldn't. But why couldn't they resist temptation all the time? Something else had to be going on.
How? When you develop the ability to resist the temptation to binge eat and compulsive overeat, you have developed a new skill. That skill can be used in other areas of your life where you struggle with temptation.
How would your life be different if you were aware of God's presence all the time?
What can happen when you spend a few minutes each day learning to resist temptation?
Before: 49 years old - 28% body fat
Now: 52 years old - 15% body fat
I lost almost 1/2 of my body fat.
I did not diet (I kept eating the same foods, even junk food).
I exercised less.
So what's different? In just minutes a day, I learned to resist the temptation to binge and overeat. That's it.
You can lose weight, I want to lose weight and keep it off!
I don't know what your weight loss goals are. Maybe you want a model body and that's great, but many of us as we get older have more modest goals. Maybe you want to lose enough weight so your knees or back don't hurt, or maybe you want to go for a walk, or play with the kids or grand kids and not be out of breath. Whatever your goals are, to lose weight and keep it off you have to be able to resist temptation.
